The Flurn applications & websites (Includes the Flurn Teacher/Educators App, Flurn Learners App, and the Flurn website – www.theflurn.com andwww.flurn.in are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform”) are operated by Flurn Technologies Private Ltd.

Flurn Technologies Private Ltd offers the Platform, including all information, tools and services available from this Platform to you, the “User”, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Contact information. We might collect your name, email, mobile number, phone number, street, city, state, pincode, country and ip address.
Payment and billing information. We might collect your billing name, billing address and payment method when you use our platform to pay Fees for services utilized. We NEVER collect your credit / debit card number or expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit / debit card on our website. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner RazorPay.
Information you post.We collect information you post in a public space on our website or on a third-party social media site belonging to TheFlurn.com.
Demographic information. We may collect demographic information about you, events you like, events you intend to participate in, tickets you buy, or any other information provided by you during the use of our website. We might collect this as a part of a survey also.
Contacts. We use the contact permission to list contacts in phone while adding students to the className. The whole contact list is never transmitted and stored on our server.
Location.We use location permission if provided by the user to show nearby teachers for different categories like classical & modern dance, martial arts, keyboard, guitars etc.
Media/Files.Users can choose to share photos/video/files/docs with their className. These files will be not publicly accessible and is restricted to only the intended className group.
App info, crash logs and interaction data.We might collect crash logs, interaction and usage of app at aggregate level to identify & fix issues and provide overall better user experience.
Other information.If you use our website, we may collect information about your IP address and the browser you’re using. We might look at what site you came from, duration of time spent on our website, pages accessed or what site you visit when you leave us. We might also collect the type of mobile device you are using, or the version of the operating system your computer or device is running.
